Comics, videogames, music, mortal combat, porn, cyborgs and nunchucks. I Grew Up In A Forest Glade is a video installation that amalgamates various narrative devices from my childhood influences to build a virtual reconstruction of the suburban neighbourhood I grew up in. Within this virtual space, I recount memories that captured the feelings of wonder, mystery and contradiction that I associate with growing up.
